The Online Bottle Store Delivery Policy below outlines all terms and conditions relating to delivery of all products and services listed for sale.
Delivery of Products & Services will apply to Orders of R250 or more.
Orders will only be delivered once Proof of Payment has been received by The Online Bottle Store or alternatively paid via Credit, Debit or Cheque Cards on delivery.
– Deliveries will be initially restricted to the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town which will include Edgemead. Bothasig & Monte Vista
Delivery Timings are specified below or as otherwise agreed with the customer.
– Same Day delivery if Orders are placed by 14:00 on the day that delivery is required.
– Monday to Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00
– Public Holidays: 10:00 to 18:00
Certain speciality liquors may require up to 24hrs delivery of which Customers will be informed immediately via e-mail or electronic message.
– R25 for Orders of R250 to R699
– Free of Charge for Orders of R750 or more
Partial Deliveries/Unavailability of Products
– In the event that we cannot deliver a product(s) within the specified or agreed timing we will immediately inform the customer and agree on a revised delivery time Free of Charge.
– Occasionally there will be instances where we cannot deliver the product the customer ordered. If this happens, we will contact the customer and recommend a comparable alternative product or offer a full refund.
Special Delivery Requests
– We will always try our best to accommodate special delivery request. In the event that we cannot, we will inform the customer with alternative options.
